In October 2019, I saw a callout for a design challenge by my programs student union (Creative Industries Course Union). They reached out to students in the program to design the next graphic for the program apparel. Needless to say, I submitted and my design was chosen!
Above is the design in both black and white versions. The saying "Don't CRI" plays on the abbreviation of our program name "Creative Industries". Due to this abbreviation, the students in our program are always referred to as "CRI babies", therefore, I decided to play with that idea and to fight that saying by writing "Don't CRI".
Here are some mockups I made for the T-shirts and tote bag. In the end, they offered my design in both t-shirts, tote bag, and a black crew neck sweater. The tote bag can be seen down below.
